These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Marces Academy (“the School”) and the parents or legal guardians (“Parents/Guardians”) of students enrolled at the School.

Enrollment and Fees:

Enrollment is subject to availability and the School’s admission criteria.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for paying all tuition and fees as outlined in the School’s fee schedule.
Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of enrollment.

Academic Policies:

Students are expected to adhere to the School’s academic policies, including attendance requirements, homework completion, and participation in assessments.
The School reserves the right to place students in appropriate classes based on their academic performance and abilities.

Code of Conduct:

Students are expected to follow the School’s Code of Conduct, which promotes respect, responsibility, and academic integrity.
Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.

School Property:

Students are responsible for the proper care and use of School property.
Parents/Guardians may be held financially responsible for damage caused by their child.

Liability:

The School will take reasonable steps to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
However, the School shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur on School premises or during School-sponsored activities, except in cases of gross negligence.

Termination of Enrollment:

The School may terminate a student’s enrollment for repeated violations of the Code of Conduct, non-payment of fees, or other reasons deemed necessary for the well-being of the School community.
Parents/Guardians may withdraw their child from the School by providing written notice within the specified timeframe.

Amendments:

The School reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as needed. Parents/Guardians will be notified of any changes.
By enrolling their child at Marces Academy, Parents/Guardians acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
